How do I pay for my item?

Payment is taken through the website using PayPal which supports all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use your credit or debit card.

How much is delivery?


For orders containing a single stool top, a £5.95 charge will be added to cover delivery costs. Orders of more than 1 stool top qualify for free delivery. Stool bases cost £9.99 per base to deliver.

When will I receive my item?

Normally the goods will be dispatched within 6 working days unless the chosen fabric is out of stock. If so, the customer will be notified and offered an alternative or full refund.

Can I return my item?

Due to the nature of our business all our itams are custom made to customers requirements (not stock itam) returns are not accepted unless the goods are found to be faulty or not in line with the placed order. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods in writing, Firstly a replacement will be offered. Full refunds will be only given for faulty goods at our discretion. Refunds will be given within 5 working days from return of goods.cost of returning itams to be paid for buy percheser and will not be refunded.

Colour Discrepancies

Due to the many variations in monitors, browsers and display settings, colors may appear different on different monitors. We do our very best to make sure our images are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match. It is highly recommended that you order a sample first if this is an issue.
